Is shipping free?
Free shipping applies for all countries mentioned above starting from a purchase order value of € 60. For orders below this value we charge a flat shipping rate of € 6. When do I receive my order? We are committed to dispatch the orders as soon as possible. Therefore, the goods get dispatched on the same day if you order before 10:30 am. If you are ordering after 10:30 am your order gets dispatched on the next working day.

How can I track my order?
The next working day after your order has been shipped you are going to receive an e-mail containing all the details. I did not receive an order confirmation by e-mail. When the ordering process is concluded we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Please make sure that you gave us the correct e-mail address and that the e-mail is not in the spam folder. RETURN & EXCHANGE
What is your return policy?
You are allowed to return the goods within fourteen days from the delivery of the goods without stating a transaction reason. Once your order has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed by the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. If you purchased your goods via Immediate Transfer or Prepayment, please transfer us your bank data (incl. BIC).
What is the return process?

Who has to carry the costs in the case of a return?

What is your exchange policy?
Jacques Lemans does not offer direct exchange. Therefore, please return the order and you are welcome to order the new piece at the Jacques Lemans Online-Shop.

WARRANTY & REPAIR
What is covered under warranty?
A warranty of two years generally applies to the products (goods) acquired via the online shop. If despite the strictest quality controls a fault should occur that is caused by a defect or a faulty component, this guarantee entitles you within two years of the purchase date to a free repair or replacement by the same or a similar model at the manufacturer’s decision. This guarantee excludes wear and tear caused by use, the watch glass, the strap and the battery. I purchased a watch at the Jacques Lemans Online-Shop. This watch is still under warranty and does not work properly.
How can I have the watch repaired?

Who has to carry the shipment cost in case of warranty?
The customer has to pay the shipping costs.
What is the durability of a Jacques Lemans watch´s battery?
Depending on several features and usage the battery lifetime may fluctuate. Generally, the battery lasts between 2 and 3 years.
Is my watch with mother-of-pearl a unique item?
Yes. Each watch with mother-of-pearl is a unique item, because mother-of-pearl is a natural stone showing a unique mosaic.

How much protection do Jacques Lemans sunglasses provide?
High-quality sunglasses protect your eyes against lasting harm. All sunglasses provide category 3 UV protection, which provide intense protection of your eyes. Therefore, Jacques Lemans sunglasses are not only a stylish accessory.
Is my watch waterproof?
Yes. The waterproofness of a Jacques Lemans watch is provided with an engraving on the backside. Most watches are waterproof between five and twenty ATM. How can I guarantee a long lifetime for my watch? Please have a service at an authorized retailer periodically.
Am I able to wear a stainless-steel watch when I am allergic against nickel?
Yes. Jacques Lemans watches consist of massive stainless steel and only contain slightest amounts of nickel. At this minimum quantity there is no output of nickel ion where an allergic reaction could be caused.
