Terms of participation
By participating in the competition, participants accept the following terms and conditions of participation: Personal designations contained in the following terms and conditions of participation apply equally to male and female persons.
Participation and exclusion
Eligible to participate are natural persons who are over the age of sixteen and have their main place of residence in the EU. Employees and relatives of Jacques Lemans GmbH are excluded from participation. Participation in the competition is as follows:
• Follow the account jacques_lemans_group,
• Tag 3 friends in the comment function
• Sharing the post.
To successfully participate in the competition, all 4 steps must be completed. Each participant can play and win between May 3rd, 2022 and May 31st, 2022. The closing date for entries (deadline) is on the last day of validity of the competition at 3:00 p.m. Austrian time. We reserve the right to exclude participants who violate these terms and conditions from participation without prior notice.
Price
You can win one watch from each of the watches shown in the competition picture (CL-103A, CL-103B, CL-101A, CL-101B). Thus 4 winners will be determined, 1 winner per watch. These watches are provided by Jacques Lemans GmbH. The winner will be determined after the end of the competition based on the number of likes and comments. Of course, legal recourse is also excluded here. Inappropriate comments, contrary to common decency, and comments from obvious fake profiles will be automatically excluded from participation. Winners' Instagram names will be published on the timeline of https://www.instagram.com/jacques_lemans_group. The participants agree to this. The winner has 72 hours after announcing his name on the chronicle to contact Jacques Lemans GmbH via Instagram Direct Message in order to inform Jacques Lemans GmbH of the address for shipping the prize. After that, the right to win lapses for the next person in the list.
Exchange, cash redemption, legal process
The prize can neither be paid out in cash nor exchanged. A transfer of the prize to third parties is excluded, as is legal action. Liability The organizer of the competition is not liable at any time for:
• Technical malfunctions of all kinds
• Transmission errors, data reception errors
• Destruction or theft and unauthorized access or modification of the participant data
• Damage to the computer or mobile device of a contest participant or another person resulting from participation in the contest.
Data Protection
Insofar as personal data is collected from participants as part of the competition, this will be collected, processed and used by the organizer exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition and deleted after the end of the competition. The participant expressly agrees to this. The participant can revoke this consent at any time by letter, fax or e-mail. The participant is responsible for the correctness and completeness of the data he has sent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
It is pointed out that the competition operator (organizer) accepts no liability for the availability and function of the competition.
