Watches for children in Sri Lanka

Children at a state school in Sri Lanka probably have no excuse now to come too late to school. The approximately 200 children received new watches by Jacques Lemans as a present. The joy was great, because for most of them it is the first watch of their own. The Carinthian present brings a little joy in the otherwise often arduous everyday life in South Asia.

200 kids in Sri Lanka are excited to receive Jacques Lemans watches.

This has been made possible by Dr. Ing. Ewald Priessnitz, a retired general practitioner from Lower Austria and longtime friend of Jacques Lemans owner Alfred Riedl. The Doctor has been committed to the good cause for many years. All year round he collects urgently needed relief supplies from Austrian companies. Once a year he brings them to Sri Lanka, where he is already eagerly awaited. This year he travelled for the 12th time, for a good cause. He brought clothes, toiletries, 40 blood glucose montoring devices and 200 Jacques Lemans watches. "I have known Dr. Priessnitz for many years and I know that donations are in good hands with him. We are happy that we were able to bring joy with our watches and have therefore gladly provided these watches. ", says Jacques Lemans owner Alfred Riedl.
